Introduction

Welcome to PGKing. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and PGKing ("PGKing", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the PGKing website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, live casino products, promotions, and any other services offered by PGKing (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the PGKing platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the PGKing Services.

PGKing operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and provides its services to eligible users on an international basis. Users located in Malaysia access the platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling activities is lawful in their jurisdiction. PGKing does not represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the PGKing platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account pursuant to an active promotion.
• "Cashable Balance" means the portion of a User's Balance that is eligible for withdrawal, excluding non-withdrawable bonus principal amounts where applicable.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before a User can initiate a withdrawal.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of all PGKing accounts.
• "Platform" means the PGKing website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all Services accessible thereunder.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it qualifies for conversion to a Cashable Balance.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, live casino, promotional support, and ancillary services provided by PGKing.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account with PGKing and is aged 21 years or above.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with PGKing, a User must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period the Account remains active.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction of residence.
• Not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of a current or former employee, officer, or director of PGKing or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PGKing or any applicable gaming authority.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by law.
• Not have had a previous PGKing Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

PGKing reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.

Account Registration

Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. PGKing reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

Each User is permitted to hold onlyone (1) Account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances, including winnings, may be voided.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. PGKing will never contact a User to request their password under any circumstances. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to PGKing support immediately at [email protected].

PGKing reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with its international licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering requirements, PGKing applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered by large deposits, unusual account activity, or at PGKing's sole discretion.

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad (IC), driving licence, or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding 3 months, clearly showing the User's full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of the User holding their photo ID, taken contemporaneously with the submission.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered to the account holder (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement header).

Verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of document submission. PGKing reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Payments

PGKing accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method or promotional offer. PGKing does not impose a deposit transaction fee; however, third-party fees charged by payment processors are outside PGKing's control and remain the User's responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. PGKing reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to have originated from a third party and may apply additional KYC checks in such circumstances.

PGKing operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Funds deposited on the platform must be derived from lawful sources. PGKing cooperates with relevant international authorities in the investigation of suspicious financial activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of funds forming part of a User's Cashable Balance. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed on the Account.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit applicable to the User's Account tier.
• The Account is in good standing with no pending disputes, fraud alerts, or policy review flags.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Target processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 30 minutes; bank transfer — same business day; cryptocurrency —10-60 minutes subject to network conditions. These timeframes are targets only and are not guaranteed.

Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. PGKing reserves the right to apply alternative payout methods where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals.

Bonuses & Promotions

PGKing offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, freets, referal rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, as published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20). The bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times before any funds can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and the wagering requirement met within the specified validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted stake per bet is typically capped between RM 25 and RM 500. Exceeding this cap may result in the bonus and associated winings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at lower rate (typically 10–30%). Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous one is still active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain bonuses carry a maximum cashout limit on bonus-derived winings. This limit is stated in the individual promotion terms.

PGKing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on PGKing sports betting markets, live casino tables, and casino games are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that market or game, in addition to these Terms. PGKing endeavours to make all applicable rules clearly accessible within the relevant product interface.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the PGKing system, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User except where PGKing's rules expressly permit cancellation (e.g., where a sporting event is postponed or abandoned in accordance with applicable market rules).

PGKing reserves the right to void or suspend any bet, market, or game in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or coordinated irregular betting patterns. Winings resulting from manifest errors will not be paid.

Pari-mutuel betting, where applicable, is subject to pool settlement rules and the final dividend is determined after all bets in the relevant pool have been received.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PGKing platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with PGKing games, sports betting markets, or support systems.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including collusion between accounts, matched betting arrangements designed to exploit bonus terms, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or unauthorised third-party fund sources.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical security or access control measures implemented on the platform.
• Using the platform in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PGKing staff, support agents, or other users.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographical restrictions or disguise the User's true location.

PGKing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. In cases of fraud or illegal activity, PGKing will retain all deposits and winnings pending investigation and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.

Responsible Gambling

PGKing is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses. PGKing provides the following tools help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders or hard limits to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days,6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications display session duration and net session activity to encourage mindful play.

Account Termination

A User may close their PGKing Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any Cashable Balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC where not previously completed.

PGKing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC within the required period; (c) suspected fraudulent activity; (d) receipt of a chargeback from the User's payment provider; (e) where required by applicable law or the direction of a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed by PGKing due to a material breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part at PGKing's sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PGKing, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a User's access to or use of the PGKing platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of opportunity; or interruption of service.

PGKing's maximum aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PGKing does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable. PGKing accepts no liability for losses arising from system downtime, latency, or third-party service failures.

Gambling involves inherent risk. PGKing does not guarantee any outcome in respect of any bet, game, or promotion. Users acknowledge that they participate in gambling activities voluntarily and accept the associated risks.

Intellectual Property

All content on the PGKing platform — including but not limited to the PGKing name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of PGKing or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, data mining, or any other commercial exploitation of PGKing content or technology.

Amendments

PGKing reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, PGKing will endeavour to provide registered Users with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the PGKing platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If a User does not agree to amended Terms, they must cease use of the platform and request Account closure prior to the amendment taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which PGKing holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Users in Malaysia who have unresolved complaints are encouraged to first contact PGKing's customer support team. PGKing commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
